    Pros +

    • location,cleanliness,staff great
    • The room was nice and cozy.Location was easy to find with signs. The staff was friendly and spoke good English.
    • Nice, large room, furnished adequately with desk/chair and an easy chair. Large bathroom. Liked the in-room safe. Lobby coffee and tea were nice. Great location but one has to know that hotel occupies two floors in a high rise “office building”—something new to me so had to backtrack to finally find it when initially walked right past it.

    Cons -

    • The Wi-Fi was very spotty... I kept losing connection
    • Ottoman was not usable as it was not cushioned appropriately or adequately. Could have used more hangers and hanging space. Did not like vessel sink with faucet too close to side of sink so difficult to access water stream. Shower head was aimed way too high for me when sitting in its holder so I had to hold it, making me wash with one hand. Would have liked housekeeping service more frequent than every 4 days. Room is not carpeted, but floor was clean.
    • Hotel is very dirty and poorly maintained - better chose different one

The worst hotel, not only in Taiwan, but probably anywhere I’ve ever stayed. The room was so dirty, cheaply made and so poorly maintained that I felt the need to check the mattress for bedbugs (luckily there weren’t any). The worst part was the receptionist insisting on charging us a “cleaning fee” (which was higher than the room rate) if we were found smoking, even though we repeatedly explained that we don’t smoke. After entering the room and seeing its condition, we were shocked and felt that these so-called cleaning charges were simply a scam.We stayed in seven different hotels across Taiwan, and all of them were spotless. While no-smoking rules were common, none required a cleaning deposit or threatened excessive charges. I recommend to choose a different hotel.

Amazingly close to main Taipei station for metro, hrs, and regular trains, most tours. Close to night market. Great breakfast.

    7AlnoorPosted on: 12-5-2025

    Location and comfortable bed

Upper floor rooms 11 th floor has humming sound all night . Rooms cleaned only certain days not daily. Towels and garbage pickup done daily but beds not made up. Notch up from hostel stay but just barely. No outside sign of hotel it is just two floors of a building that has other hotels as well. Obviously repurposed rooms

It is near Taipei Main Station, so easy and convenient to explore nearby places, with so much good food around the property and hotel building is quiet with comfortable bed, clean bathroom and we get a restful night.

really near to Taipei Main station which was super convenient. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for guests but they are proper industrial type machines which can handle pretty big load. The amenities and the overall room was well kept, comfortably but i think the mattress could be due for a refresh soon as the support isnt great.

The hotel itself was not the easiest to find as it is on the upper floors of another building that is shared with some other hotels/inns on other floors. We had to enter via an elevator which is right next to a Macdonalds. The wait time for the lift can be a tad slow but its not a big deal for us.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms! Just a bit dark as there was only a small window in the bathroom but maybe I didn't select a room on booking with a proper window. Very helpful staff when our A/C started leaking, the problem was resolved within 10 minutes.Japanese-style toilet.Location is convenient, close to the main station.

    Room with very small window.

Value for money - room was nice, big and comfortable.

Lobby smell was not great, overall vibes of the property felt a little sus.

    7LynnPosted on: 8-29-2025

The location. It is central and lively. Very close to the main train station and subway.

I did not buy breakfast. It looks like the breakfast place is at a location away from the hotel. the location is very close across from the main train station. If you have a lot of luggage, this hotel is not for you. You have to walk to the hotel on foot, crossing two major streets. Taxi in front of train station will not take you because it is too close. The hotel is on the 11th floor inside a business building. Elevators very busy. I think it is a little bit over-priced for the quality, but it is an excellent location.

Excellent location and spacious, clean room. Easy check-in and check-out process. It is just across the road from Taipei main station which was my reason for staying, as I had to get to the airport early in the morning.

    Everything was great

9 minute walk from Taipei Bus Station, and the rooms are so big!I only stayed a night since it was raining too hard to go back home, but the lobby worker was so friendly and explained everything so well! The rooms are clean, spacious, and the hallways to your room are just clean. In the middle of everything, so it’s super convenient!

I have nothing to complain about.

We loved this hotel because it was in a great location. Close to the train station. Having McDonald on the ground floor made it very convenient when most restaurants weren't open yet. Sushiro on the 2nd floor was a bonus! Also very close to multiple convenience stores and fun shopping like Net, Uniqlo, Daiso, Department store, and a pharmacy. Use the Z4 exit to catch the elevator up to street level with luggage. The room is very spacious!

The sheets smelled a little musty and the bathroom had mildew.

    8FooPosted on: 4-29-2025

Location is great and within walking distance from Taipei Main Station. The entrance is on Keifend St next to McDonald. Taipei Main Station is a bonus as it has HSR, TRA, Bus, Metro and Klook's tour start from here too.Room is spacious and you can spread two large luggage on the floor and still move around. Cleaning is done on day 3 and extra towels can be requested from the front office. There is a large lounge next to the reception. Hot coffee or drink can be source here. They don't serve breakfast.

The rooms are windowless and shower ceiling do get moldy and smell. I told the hotel reception and he tried his best to clean them. Unfortunately the smell do linger on.The location is a bit hard to find on arrival. Two lifts are available. Long queue to access them during certain time of day. Wifi strength a bit weak and sometime no signal. So prepare to use your mobile data if that happen.

Perfect location, staff was really nice and helpful.

Showers position and no toilet paper holder??

    10KOHPosted on: 4-12-2025

The location is good. Very convenient to go to Taipei Main Station. A lot of eateries and shops around

    9ParimaPosted on: 4-10-2025

The location is near by Main Taipei station BUT Exit Z4, there are only stairs , Z6 has lift but not in use. Easy to get food and bring back to lobby hotel. The room is great, bed is comfort BUT the windows are in the restroom. Staff is very nice. There are free drink BUT you have to redeem coupon in another hotel ( Relax 2). McDonald is in the first floor.

The hotel is operated on floor 10 and 11 (lobby) use lift with other business hotel and restaurant without the key access for guest room floor, anyone can go to the room in 10th floor. Security is not much but there are only CCTV at lobby. The clean room service is not provide if you stay less than 3 nights.

Our second stay here and had a quiet room this time. The location is superb for Taiwan main station and Xiending and Dihua are fairly close by- walking distance. There are lots of good options close by , the scallion pancake and egg next door make a superb breakfast. We left our luggage after checkout.

Aircon a bit noisy , couldn't adjust fan speed for some reason.

    4LuanPosted on: 3-23-2025

The location of the hotel was very nice. Very close to the main station (train, local train, MRT, MRT airport and buses).

The walls are super thin so you can hear every person passing by. There were also very weird noises in the room at night, we couldn’t identify where from..Also the Internet connection was very poor.
